AiReceiptScanner provides tools to upload, store, organise, and process receipt and invoice images, including optional use of third-party artificial intelligence for data extraction. Features and limits may depend on your subscription plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to:

• Access data or systems you are not authorised to use;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users;
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to upload unlawful content;

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, and as described in our Privacy Notice.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans may be billed through our payment partner Paddle. Fees, taxes, and billing cycles are shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Automated extraction may contain errors; you remain responsible for verifying information before relying on it for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty pounds sterling).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users, with notice where reasonable.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
